Character Concept - Axel

Axel is 27 and one of Hallie's love interests. As the leader of a gang, he comes across as dangerous, violent and ruthless, but deep down he cares about those closest to him. He's seen the inside of a prison cell more times than he can count and if provoked, can become violently unstoppable. He's the 'punch first, ask questions later' kind of guy and has deep authority issues.
